Our Founder.  

I'm usually somewhat less pissed off than I look here.

The tale:  My name is Bill Rushing, I'm 42, I have a job, own a home that I am "remodeling" which is starting to look somewhat like a home again, and I spend the time that I'm not chained to a desk working on software "remodeling" the house even more.

I still play music, hope one day to get back to building musical instruments, and write badly for fun (which is why you are here).  I am knowledgeable about many things which you are not, and yet unbelievably am still single.

I'm a very long-term resident of San Diego (since 1973).  

I bought a house, a decision I regret more and more every day.  I'll get over it. The sordid tale is here. Updated pics here. 

I smoke, fix things in the house, play bass, read many kinds of history, am not averse to alcohol save as a lifestyle, and am thought of as fun by most people.  I tend to overwhelm those who are easily bulldozed.  Those who come to know me through my "writing" are shocked after reading my "writing"  to find out that I can actually be reasonable, that I don't shoot children for fun, and usually do not offend people at a Christmas party.  Those who don't know me well in real life are shocked by my writing.  Those who know me very well are surprised by neither.
